We want to assure you, your families, friends and colleagues that the entire team of Porta Hotels are closely following all official progress on COVID-19. We understand that this is an unprecedented situation and we want to assure you that we are carrying out strict cleaning procedures and protocols that adhere to the recommendations of both the Ministry of Health and Public Assistance of Guatemala as well as those of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) from United States of America to attend to any eventuality in the event of COVID-19.
You will find in all the properties with antibacterial product available for our clients and guests. You will also find more frequently members of our team cleaning to keep all areas completely cleansed.
We continue to serve all of our national and foreign clients with the greatest pleasure and the warmth that characterizes us, and we are executing all the health protocols that national and international authorities require.
We understand that as a result of this situation you want to change your plans and therefore your reservations, which is why we have temporarily modified our cancellation and rebooking policies, which you can review clicking here.
